Online Dispute Resolution (OS Platform):

The EU Commission is providing an online platform for dispute resolution (OS platform) with online retailers. The OS platform is to serve as an out-of-court settlement of disputes over contractual obligations from online purchase contracts. This OS platform is available under the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ The ODR platform will be permanently shut down on July 20, 2025. Complaints can still be submitted until March 20, 2025, after which this will no longer be possible.
